POLYCARBONATE & POLYCARBONATE AR-2

Polycarbonate is known for its resistance to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Polycarbonate is a transparent thermoplastic material known for its exceptional strength, impact resistance, and clarity. It is commonly used as a lightweight and durable alternative to glass in various applications.

Polycarbonate offers high levels of impact resistance, making it suitable for applications where safety and durability are paramount, such as in bullet-resistant windows, safety goggles, and protective shields. Additionally, polycarbonate has excellent optical clarity, making it ideal for applications such as transparent barriers, skylights, and lenses. It is also known for its resistance to extreme temperatures and weather conditions, making it suitable for outdoor applications.

Polycarbonate AR-2 (AR-2 = Abrasion Resistant on 2 Sides)

Abrasion-Resistant Polycarbonate Sheet offers glasslike surface hardness and the impact strength of polycarbonate. With enhanced UV resistance to protect against yellowing and hazing, AR sheets provide a longer service life for high-profile architectural glazing, and performs extremely well for other flat applications such as view windows and machine guards in harsh chemical environments.
